Green Roofs
Mostly a European trend, green roofs allow you to grow greenery or vegetables on your roof, and are popping up in a number of major U.S. cities. There are even incentive programs in certain cities for planting green roofs. Gutters
It’s no secret that gutters are probably the least glamorous part of your home, but there is also no denying their necessity. Gutters move water away from your home’s foundation and prevent rainwater from dripping off your roof and into your yard which creates trenches. Some homes come with gutters, but others will require the purchase of a new set. In 2017, climate shifts will have more homeowners buying these essential roofing accessories.
